CJC-1295 with DAC

A clear example of what longer duration costs: the natural pulses disappear.

PropertyValue
TypeGHRH analogue with drug affinity complex
ReceptorGHRH receptor
DurationDays, flat rather than pulsed
Research statusClinically studied
FormFreeze dried powder

What it is

The same 29 amino acids as the variant without DAC, with an extra piece attached: the drug affinity complex. That binds chemically to albumin, a protein swimming abundantly in the blood.

How it works

While the peptide is attached to albumin it is too big to be filtered out by the kidneys and enzymes struggle to reach it. Duration goes from minutes to days.

What the research shows

The effect on growth hormone levels in blood is well described. At the same time this substance shows why longer is not always better: the growth hormone axis works naturally in pulses, and flat stimulation changes the system you set out to study.

Research status

Clinically studied in humans.

Practical

When ordering, check carefully which of the two variants you have; both are called CJC-1295.
